- Support NPI/engineering lot run
- Machine buyoff and performance monitoring
- Setup verification
- On-hold wafer review and disposition
- Data collection and review
- New material or hardware buyoff
- Provide setup guidance to subcon technician
- Support other engineering activities
Job Requirement
- Diploma in related field
- Experience in wafer probe process or final test process
- Experience working in a clean room environment.
- Preferably in the Semiconductor industry with a minimum of 3 years working experience.
