We are looking for candidate with proven track record, commitments and high integrity to fill up the captioned position.
Responsibilities :
P repare, coordinate and participate in annual and interim report publication.
H andle corporate finance initiatives including M&A, financial advisory, financing and compliance matters.
Fully participate on deal life cycle including due diligence, deal structuring, execution process and assist in listing rules compliance issues .
Participate in end-to-end project financial management, including project planning & budgeting, project implementation & control, and reporting & analysis of projects .
Responsible for researching, assessing potential deals, reviewing feasibility study report, providing business and financial recommendations on projects .
Monitor the financial performance of the company and prepare regular financial analysis.
Liaise with relevant regulatory authorities and professional parties .
Assist in ad-hoc project(s) when assigned.
Requirements :
University degree in Finance, Accounting, or related discipline.
Qualified CPA or CFA is a must .
At least 5 years' relevant working experience with a minimum of 1-2 years hands-on experience in listing rules compliance duties, corporate finance transaction support and M&A activities.
Big 4 audit experience with commercial experiences gained in listed PRC / Hong Kong Real Estate / Property Management companies or Investment Banks will be an advantage .
Familiar with HK listing rules, relevant regulatory requirements and accounting standards .
H igh proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese (including fluency of Putonghua).
Self-motivated, creative, good interpersonal skills.
