Your responsibilities
  • Adhere to Safety Protocols

    Undergo safety induction & medical test, as applicable for specific site
  • Follow Safety standards/practices of FLSmidth & Client at site
  • Conduct a safety inspection & understand about site prior to start of site activities.
  • Co-ordinate with client / site to get gate pass to access plant premises & permit to work.
  • Understand the operational parameters of LSS equipment
  • Understand the plant process, analyze the plant operation and audit the entire system of LSS equipment
  • Analyze data and parameters at site and give recommendation for Productivity improvement
  • Collect & test samples and derive the equipment efficiency
  • Collaborate with GPLM / RPLM of LSS products to resolve any site related product issues
  • Carry out the site tasks either Independently or jointly
  • Preparation of Reports
  • Coordination with Customer, Consultant and Various functions of FLSmidth for safe & proper audit
  • Accompany experienced service managers to support them on site activities
  • May need to work extended hours at site to fulfil site demands
  • Make Minutes of Meeting capturing all the site activities carried out and get it signed from client
  • Collaborate with client, Identify business potential and Generate leads for After Market Business
  • Support all service business activities while at office
  • Above are the main job responsibilities. However, it will not be limited to this.
What you bring
  • Minimum of 3 to 5 years experience in Mining/Cement/Chemical Industry plant operation
  • Excellent Communication Skills
  • Team Player
  • Good Interpersonal skills / disciplined / Go-Getter.
  • Innovative and swift to take decision
  • Sound mining process knowledge
  • Basic understanding of mechanical, E&I aspects
  • Basic knowledge in understanding of Engineering drawings and interpretations of the same.
  • Better knowledge of plant operation and how it can impact productivity / equipment
  • Knowledge of MS office
  • Willing to travel extensively all around ME countries (Approx. 150-175 days in a year)
  • Fluent in English
