Roles & Responsibilities
Responsible for the daily operation of the game player community, including communication with players, maintaining community order and atmosphere, planning and organizing player activities, etc.
Establishing effective feedback channels and communication between players and products mechanism to realize product optimization and iteration under the idea of user co-construction
Maintain, discover and contact core users, and provide diversified incentives to stratified groups to ensure that products form a benign content ecology on the content platformExcavate and explore the deep connection between the game community and product content, realize the ease of use in the production and dissemination links between PGC and UGC in various ways, and lower the threshold for players to produce contentQualifications
1. With successful cases, long-term operation product experience is preferred Familiar with major game communities and player groups, Gingerbread Man IP players are preferred
2. Excellent aesthetics and activities Ability to check creativity and materials (follow-up experience in comics, posters, operational activities, etc.)
3. Possess good logical thinking ability and analysis and summary ability, and be able to summarize needs and plan and implement from the perspective of users and product design Follow up the realization of operational tools and capabilities, pay attention to experience details those who are familiar with major community operating tools are preferred
4. Familiar with ACG, pop culture, and Generation Z are preferred
