หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ
- Quality agreement review and feedback, build up product quality plan.
- Partner with PM and BU, be counterpart with customer quality contacts
- Customer issues (purge/hold/rework/sorting…) and IRB management.
- FPY, DOA/RMA quality goal monitoring and drive CLCA improvement.
- Quality owner in project basis, design issue tracking and NPI phase review.
- Project risk assessment quality owner. (consolidate all QA functions feedback)
- Phase gate review and exit verification and validation by quality focus.
- NPI Issue tracking corrective action effectiveness and execution.
- QRA, ORT and OQA test plan, test program and execution.
- Responsible for QRA to product and process reliability monitoring.
- Participate to production test coverage review.
- Participate pilot run pre-build and post-build activities.
- Make sure DFx/PFMEA/Poka Yoke/quality control plan implementation follow by QMS, risk assessments and coverages.
- Lesson Learnt sharing and check horizontal development is in place.
- AI visual inspection system proposal owner.
คุณสมบัติ
1. Min 7 years OEM factory experience, Chinese or English speaking
2. Ability to understand the data analysis.
3. Verbal and written communication skills in English is must, if Thai/Chinese language will benefit. Minimun of TOEIC score 700.
4. Ability to work under tight timelines and pressure
5. Detail-oriented and creative with a questioning mind
6. Desire and ability for problem solving and debugging
7. Ability to work with a wide range of people with varying degrees of experience
8. Strong interpersonal, organizational, documentation, communication & presentation skills.
9. Willing to work at Night Shift
