We are looking for a Remote Surveillance Agent who likes to work in an ambitious team within the growing department: Remote Surveillance. This department specializes in providing remote support for our fitness clubs in terms of providing investigation reports, fraud detection and access control.
To make this possible, the clubs have been prepared with a variety of technical elements (e.g. fraud, panic and man-down detection). And procedures and protocols have been implemented that needs to be managed, followed-up and developed. The job entails a role in a developing 24/7 environment with enough space to develop yourself.
Your assignment:
Incident research, reporting and follow-up.
Fraud detection and prevention.
Saving, processing and sending images and data in compliance with the GDPR.
Processing requisitions and requests from the justice department.
Collaborate with the in-house control room, intercom team and Remote Surveillance technical department to ensure the 24/7 clubs can remain open at all times.
Concept improvement.
What we are looking for:
In this role lays a great challenge for people that have affinity with new technological developments in the field of access control and video surveillance.
Furthermore we ask:
You are fluent in speaking and writing Dutch.
You are fluent in speaking and writing English.
You are available for 40 hours a week.
You have affinity with fitness and/or have knowledge of fitness clubs.
You have excellent communication, collaboration and organizational skills.
You can handle confidential and privacy sensitive material. Basic-Fit expects a high level of integrity.
You should be able to present a V.O.G. This is a governmental issued declaration of good behavior.
