We are currently recruiting an experienced Office Administrator for our busy office in Johnstown. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment and will have the opportunity to learn and develop their skills. The successful applicant will have advanced administrative skills and adequate experience in a busy work environment.

The individual will need to self-motivated, have a good work ethic, be flexible in terms of assigned tasks and be able to work both independently and as part of the team.

Role Responsibilities:
- Working in an extremely fast paced office environment
- Printing, filing and scanning of documents,
- Greeting and welcoming clients
- Booking appointments & managing diaries
- Organising files
- Form filling
- Liaising with life and investment companies
- Meeting deadlines
Role Requirements:
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritise work
- Minimum 2 years' experience in similar role
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- Highly efficient and self-motivated
- Excellent organisational skills
- Attention to detail is essential
- Flexibility in terms of assigned tasks
Experience:
- Microsoft Office: 2 current years
- Administration: 2 current years
Good References are essential
