In this role, you will:
- Deeply collaborate with customers to figure out the solution specs in demand, help to understand customer's technical requirements
- Lead the architecture definition of customers' transforming solutions (NFV, SmartNIC, Open vSwitch, Virtio, etc.)
- Work with internal stakeholders to participate in the early product planning by rich expertise
- Be responsible for the solution implementation cycle to meet aggressive quality and schedule goals, deeply involving in FPGA RTL coding, solution verification, HW/SW validation, bug fixing
- Cooperate with internal engineering team, account team and FAE to make Xilinx FPGA adoption
- Help to transfer solution deliverables, and assist customer to ramp up and master the solution
Qualifications
- At least BS with 10+ years, or MS with 7+ years of experience in associated FPGA development
- At least 3+ years in data center FPGA development experience
- Deep understanding in following data center technologies, e.g., SmartNIC, PCIe, DMA/RDMA, Virtio, OVS, NVME.
- Deep understanding in following telecom technologies, e/g., 802.3, VLAN, VxLAN, TCP, UDP, IP, RoCEV2, QoS (TM, policer, congestion control, shaper)
- Knowledge in SW Linux kernel/DPDK/SPDK/PCIe&Virtio driver/OVS control plane is considered as a strong plus
- Good communication and fluent English skill, teamwork and customer-oriented mindsets
