Job Description
- Responsible for overseeing all aspects of the business in KSA, including sales, marketing, finance, operations, and customer service.

Apply the our company’s policy for each brand and ensure we achieve qualitative as well as quantitative objectives for the KSA market.

Put a clear vision for our company to become a leader in the KSA skin care market.

Maintain good relationships with our distributors, pharmacy chains and dermatologists.

Hire, manage, evaluate, and motivate the team to achieve business objectives.

Ensure the success of launches and campaigns on a 360 level: Medical-POS-Digital.

Anticipate market evolution and adapt sales and marketing strategies accordingly.

Ensure that local sales and export targets are achieved.
- Implement trade marketing strategies for both existing and new products, in the Saudi market.

Implement product launches in the Saudi market.
- Manage budgets and finances, ensuring that resources are allocated effectively and efficiently.

Handle directly the accounts of all our distributors in KSA.
- Coordinate with Head office on day-to-day operations.
Requirements
-
University degree in Life Science / Business Administration (MBA preferred).

Proven experience in the Saudi market, holding a similar position (Country Manager, General Manager, Commercial Director…).

Extensive experience in the KSA skin care market, is a must.

Experience with multinational companies is a must.

Proven track record of driving sales growth and achieving business objectives

Excellent leadership skills with proven experience in managing a team of employees and building strong relationships with key stakeholders.

Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to make informed decisions

Proven ability to drive successful product launches.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively across cultures and geographies.
- Fluency in English and Arabic.
